Hows It Work?

Lets take you through exactly how it works from registration & sign up to getting your bins left clean, sanitised and deodorised every 4 weeks.

The first step is to select a bin cleaning plan that suits your needs. You have the option of a monthly payment plan or a yearly payment plan. Upon filling our the sign up form you will be asked about your current waste provider, this will let us know when your bins are emptied so that we can assign you to the appropriate bin cleaning route. Once payment is received your account is fully set up and you will receive future invoices to the email address that you used to sign up. Our system will then automatically send you a Free SMS Text Message the night before your bin cleaning day.

On the night before your bin cleaning day, you will receive a Free text alert as a reminder to leave both your bins out on the kerbside (Please refer to the Bin Presentation section on the website).

Our state-of-the-art trucks will then arrive on the scheduled day. Both your bins will undergo a high pressured, hot wash process inside and out to ensure that your bins are disinfected and that all germs are eliminated. The waste water from your bins falls into the hopper of the truck which is recycled through a 12 stage filtration process. The turbo spinners in the hopper ensure that the inside of your bin is left spotless whilst the lance ensures that the outside of the bin is left sparkling.

We then deodorise and place biodegradable liners into both bins to help maintain your bins until the next scheduled clean.

What happens to my wheelie bin?

Step 1

Once you sign up either on our website or over the phone, you will be assigned to the appropriate route when our trucks service your area. The majority of routes clean bins the same day as the bins are emptied, however, on some routes bin cleaning takes place the next day.

You will be added to our FREE text alert system so that you’ll be notified the night before every bin clean as a reminder to leave both your bins out on the kerbside (Please refer to the Presentation section on the website).

Step 2

Simply leave both your bins out on the kerbside the night before your bin cleaning day (Please click here for the correct bin presentation). Once the bins are left out our trucks will arrive and do the rest.

Our environmentally friendly bin cleaning trucks recycle the water used during the bin cleaning process. Our trucks will use extremely hot water to clean and sterilise your bins, ensuring that all bacteria has been eliminated. Once the outside of the bins have been cleaned by the lance and the inside has been cleaned by the high pressure spinning head the bins are then sprayed with deodoriser, leaving your bins smelling fresher than ever.

Step 3

Once the professional cleaning routine is complete, we line both your bins with a biodegradable bin liner bag to help maintain your bins until your next clean. We leave your bins squeaky clean and smelling fresh.
