Bin Presentation Is Important
- Please put your bin(s) out for cleaning the night before your bin cleaning day, the company cannot guarantee bin
cleaning for missed deliveries due to your bin not being out on time on bin cleaning day. - Your bin(s) should be left outside your premises at the kerbside with their handles facing out towards the street/road and where they can be clearly seen by the bin cleaners.
- Loosen the bin liner that we place in your bins on the collection that takes place before your next scheduled bin cleaning day so that the bag and its contents slide into the bin lorry with no mess.
- Ensure you bin is empty and that there is no contents left in the bottom. The bin liner must also be out of the bin.
